It is important that consumers learn coping strategies to sustain community, family and individual well-being in the current economic climate. The recession, unemployment and related issues will be addressed by this working group developing financial education imperatives for extension and education. An official working group for this priority has not been started. However, we do have partenrs as USDA who are anxious to work with a BoHS member on this initiaitve.  If you are interested in working with a group of BoHS colleagues to identify key issues and create an action plan in this area, please contact Dr. Carol Kellett.
